Deer Park Community at Sugarmill Woods is a community for the young at heart that focuses mainly on health and safety for our 55+ residents and not on building and selling.

Moving into an assisted living community involves a great deal of consideration. We invite you to look at the special services we are proud to offer.

The Royal Dalton House assisted living and the first 13 cottages will have access to the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) that is run by experienced health professionals with forty years award-winning home healthcare.

Our community integrates independent living and assisted living with professional care management and monitoring.  There is no doubt that assisted living is becoming more challenging and needs to evolve to attend residents of more advanced age with multiple physical issues and often with dementia. Therefore, The Royal Dalton House offers multiple levels of uniquely safe and personalized care and a great supportive environment.

Deer Park Cottages’ residents from the first thirteen cottages will receive services at various rates depending on the type of care needed. There are seventy-six cottages of which thirteen will be directly depending on the assisted living facility.

Deed Restricted Homeowners Association, ALL NATURAL GAS and maintenance free cottages. There is a fee of $150.00 per month to maintain, garbage, landscaping and irrigation systems. With regards to Cable TV, it will be up to residents to choose their own cable package.

The rest of the cottages are for independent living. There are a few cottage models to choose from such as the three bedroom Royal Tudor A, the three bedroom Royal Tudor B, the three bedroom Royal Tudor C, and the two bedroom Royal Windsor.

The Tudor cottage floor plan consists of 1,846 sq. ft. floor plan, garage 502 sq. ft., covered porch of 154 sq. ft. and entry of 99 sq. ft.

The Windsor cottage floor plan is 1,624 sq. ft. floor plan, garage 441 sq. ft., covered porch 217 sq. ft. and entry of 66 sq. ft.
